Welcome to CrftInfrai LLP (“CrftInfrai”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, console, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

CrftInfrai provides a no-code infrastructure builder, AI-assisted Terraform generation, and multi-cloud cost comparison tools. Services are currently in beta and may evolve with updates.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You must use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with cloud provider terms.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or exploit the platform for unauthorized purposes.

4. Payments & Plans

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay). By subscribing, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and logos related to CrftInfrai are owned or licensed by CrftInfrai LLP. Unauthorized use is prohibited. We have filed copyright and trademark applications with IP-India.

6. Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for high reliability, CrftInfrai does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or error-free operation, especially during beta.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrftInfrai LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
